My approach to treatment is a combination of short-term solution focused psychotherapy with a cognitive behavioral approach.
We will also incorporate some life coaching techniques as well with the goal being self-empowerment. The best way to gain control of your out of control life is to focus on the strengths you already have and fine tune your weaknesses so that you can find the inner peace and happiness you will need to help you and your family grow and thrive during this very difficult time.
I provide individual, family, group and couples therapy. I also offer self-advocacy training, PPT and team meeting support, and I am also available for Workshops and Speaking Engagements.
